Adam is a 1999 graduate of The University of Georgia where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Originally licensed in 2001, Adam’s real estate background includes commercial sales & leasing, site acquisition, development, and management.
Currently, he’s a full-time Land Broker focusing exclusively on rural farmland and timberland brokerage in Middle and South Georgia. In 2015 he started his own firm, Henley Land Brokerage, LLC.
Personally, Adam lives on a farm in SOWEGA, Terrell County, GA, and in his free time enjoys golf, hunting & fishing, and camping with his wife and 4 boys. He’s a huge fan of The Grateful Dead and has a dog named Jerry Garcia.

Jeff lives in Mauk, GA in Taylor County, a county famous for hunting fishing, agriculture, and timber. The Flint River runs through Taylor County and Jeff spends as much time as he can fishing, hunting and enjoying the outdoors in this beautiful part of Middle South, GA.
Jeff has been licensed in real estate since 2003. Before joining Henley Land, Jeff ran his own heavy equipment business focusing on rural land improvements (pond & food plot construction, road maintenance, etc.) This background provides invaluable real-life experiences for his current land clients.

Ryan, a Lake Sinclair resident in Milledgeville, Georgia, has been licensed in real estate since 2008. After attending Georgia College, Ryan worked alongside his father building multi-million dollar homes as a superintendent in the Atlanta area. He then became licensed as a general contractor and started his own business remodeling high-end homes. Later the passion for the outdoors led him to real estate with a focus on land transactions.
In Ryan’s spare time he enjoys the great hunting and fishing that Middle Georgia has to offer. He also competes nationally in traditional archery tournaments with his longbow. Ryan values all his clients whether buying or selling and believes that communication is the key to a smooth transaction.
Daron Woodham

As a 2004 graduate of the University of Georgia, with Bachelor degrees in Accounting and Management Information Systems, Daron spent eight years with Ernst & Young specializing in IT Audit before stepping away from his career to be a stay at home Dad. His venture back into the working world began in 2023 with obtaining his GA, AL and SC real estate licenses.
Daron is originally from Thomasville, GA where he grew up fishing, quail hunting and playing ball. He currently lives in Martinez, GA with his wife, two children and two dogs. In his free time Daron loves hunting big game, turkey and quail, as well as fishing.
In addition, Daron has helped manage and maintain large tracts of family owned land in Alabama giving him first hand knowledge and experience in wildlife and timber management.
